Colour Lovers offers a fun tool to create your own color palette and host it for free on COLOURlovers.com. You’ll need to create an account to submit, but you can name each color in your scheme, enter a description and upload the image you grabbed the colors from (if thats the case).

A wonderful graphic design inspiration blog with a fun feature that allows you to search for inspiration based on html hex color. For each design uploaded a hex color is chosen from the overall image map.
